Who we are

House of Cars Dubai is a brand of The House Of Cars LLC-FZ (Meydan), with a showroom in Al Quoz, Dubai. For anything about your data, email info@houseofcars.ae.

What we collect

Contact form: your name, phone number, email address and message. Unless you tick the opt-out box, your email address is also added to our newsletter.

Newsletter: your email address, the language you subscribed in, and whether you open our newsletters and click their links.

WhatsApp and phone buttons: we record that a button was clicked, on which page and for which car, which advert or campaign brought you to the site, and your IP address. Your WhatsApp conversation itself stays in WhatsApp.

Usage data: pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location and how you use the site, collected with cookies and similar technologies (see below).

Cookies and measurement tools

Google Analytics 4 gives us statistics about visits to the site.

Microsoft Clarity shows us how visitors use pages (session recordings and heatmaps) so we can improve them.

Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API: when you visit pages, view a car, subscribe to the newsletter or contact us, we tell Meta (Facebook and Instagram). This includes your IP address, browser details and Meta cookie identifiers and, if you send our contact form, a hashed version of your email address and phone number. Hashing scrambles them so the plain text is never sent; Meta compares the result with its own users' data to match the visit. Meta uses this to measure our adverts and to show relevant adverts.

Your browser also stores your theme, language choice and the advert that brought you to the site (for 30 days). You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Why we use your data

To answer your enquiries and help you buy, sell or consign a car; to send our newsletter; to keep the site working well and improve it; and to measure and improve our advertising.

Who we share it with

Only with the service providers that run these services for us: Supabase (database), Hostinger (website hosting), HubSpot (customer management), our email delivery provider, Google, Microsoft and Meta. Some of them process data outside the UAE. Meta also uses this data for its own advertising. We do not sell your personal data.

How long we keep it

Only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. If you unsubscribe, we keep a record of that so we do not email you again; ask us if you want it deleted completely.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your personal data, or object to marketing, by emailing info@houseofcars.ae. Every newsletter contains an unsubscribe link. You can manage the adverts Meta shows you in your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences.

Changes

We update this policy when our use of data changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
